  • This position contributes to creating a safe and welcoming environment at the Women’s Auxiliary Shelter for shelter guests who are experiencing homelessness and often times are struggling with issues such as mental health, physical heath, substance misuse, and/or complex trauma. Shelter Associates provide basic services, milieu management, and crisis intervention.

  • The Major Gifts & Planned Giving (MGPG) Officer is responsible for developing and implementing strategies designed to engage and steward individual major donors and prospects in ways that encourage their substantial philanthropic investment in TGP. The MGPG is responsible for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individuals for gifts to TGP of five-figures and above. The MGPG will manage a portfolio of at least 100 high net-worth individuals to raise support for the organization’s strategic plan initiatives, operation needs as well as supporting programmatic growth and expansion.

  • The Development Associate supports the Development team by ensuring the integrity of all donor and gift information in the donor database as well as supporting other administrative processes and protocols to help the team meet its fundraising objectives. This candidate will demonstrate an understanding of organizational priorities, mission, vision, values, and strategic goals, as well as trust and teamwork. This candidate will also exemplify exceptional communication skills, serving as a resource for development initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

  • The Director of Finance and Operations is primarily responsible for ensuring the strength and health of the organization through sound financial and operational management. This includes activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization on a day-to-day basis; directing budgeting and accounting functions; and ensuring TGP’s facility, equipment, and technology are able to meet current and future organizational needs. The Director of Finance and Operations is expected to advance the organization’s efforts in identifying and implementing operational improvements to increase efficiency, maximize use of agency resources, and strengthen the organization's ability to fulfill its mission. The Director of Finance and Operations also provides meaningful support to the organization's executive team, which includes the President, the Vice President of Programs & Services and the Vice President of Resource Development, to advance the organization and achieve strategic goals.

  • The general purpose of the Rapid Rehousing Family Case Manager role is to provide 1:1 case management support for members of The Gathering Place (TGP). The case manager will play an essential role in delivering case management support through a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation and advocacy to meet a family’s comprehensive needs towards rehousing and greater stability.
    Focus: Case Managers provide assistance with finding, securing, and maintaining stable housing for those families who are especially vulnerable.

  • The purpose of this position is to develop, implement and evaluate evidenced-based, culturally responsive programming and navigation services to help families achieve their goals. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and implementation of navigation services as well as the delivery of basic services and crisis intervention to ensure quality outcomes of the overall program.
