Providing healthy, nutritious meals is the cornerstone of our programming at The Gathering Place, and we believe it's a crucial service that allows members to maintain and uphold dignity and independence. Families can access food up to 90 pounds of groceries each month through TGP’s food pantry. Fresh, nutritious meals are served onsite three times daily for caregivers and children.
Members can choose between "kitchen" bags and "to-go" bags based on their needs and wants. "Kitchen" bags have items that require a stove. "To-go" bags have snack items and items that only require hot water or a microwave to make. Parents and caregivers can access food bags in the Family Program and at the Resource Desk.
