Bridget's Boutique
Bridget's Boutique is The Gathering Place's clothing bank. This volunteer-led program helps members find essential clothing. We specifically focus on meeting seasonal clothing needs and providing comfortable, casual attire for adults. Members interested in accessing Bridget's Boutique can make an appointment at the Resource Desk. Appointments are currently available Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday afternoons between 1pm-3pm.
Donate
We are accepting specific clothing items for members to access through Bridget's Boutique. Our Clothing Donation Acceptance Day takes place on the first Wednesday of every month at our 1535 High Street location from 11AM until 5PM. Please note that we cannot accept clothing donations at any other time. We are prioritizing donations of jeans, work pants, collared shirts, t-shirts, and other seasonally-appropriate spring and summer clothing. We also have a special need for sports bras (any size), traditional bras (cup sizes A, B, C, and D), scrubs, graduation gowns, and plus-size clothing. We also accept brand new underwear. We are currently unable to accept children's clothing, business professional clothing, or dress shoes. We can take at most three bags of clothing per donor.

You can donate items we are unable to accept—clothing, furniture, books, toys, home décor, linens, blankets, sports items, garage items, and more—to arc Thrift Stores on behalf of The Gathering Place. For these donations, arc Thrift Stores will provide vouchers to The Gathering Place to distribute to our members to shop for the specific items they need. arc can also arrange to pick up your donations. USAgain – any fabric items
Clothing and other fabric items can be deposited in the USAgain bin in the carport on the south side of our building. This company reimburses The Gathering Place per pound donated. Those funds are used to purchase new socks and underwear for Bridget’s Boutique. (www.usagain.com)
