Meet Basic Needs
At The Gathering Place, we are accepting of every individual who walks through our doors. Once you get to know us, you'll probably hear us say that we "meet people where they are" along their journey. This means that we don't have any requirements or demands of the people we serve. Members can utilize our services at their own discretion and of their own free will.
General Services
Resource Advocates on the Community Access Team respond to our members' immediate needs with services that include showers, laundry, naps, mail service, locker storage, telephone access, and an extensive array of resources and referrals.

Private ShowersFour private shower stalls are available to members Monday through Friday.

Laundry FacilitiesWashers and dryers are available at no cost to members and by appointment only.

Nap RoomSix beds are available for members to rest Monday through Friday.

Mail ServiceMembers benefit from receiving mail to The Gathering Place.

Phone AccessThree phones are available for members to place local calls.

Community ResourcesOur Resource Desk helps members navigate the Denver metro resources available to them.
Family Program
Our Family Program provides tailored support services—including caring for children while mothers or guardians take advantage of our programs, or simply rest.
Food Services Program
The Food Services Program provides three freshly prepared meals each day served in our community dining room. In addition, we provide healthy groceries, baby food, formula, toiletries, and diapers to our members through Betsy's Cupboard.
